Plot

The chaos of the antebellum world is filled with and fueled by warlords, pirates, and bandits. In the middle of it, far from the protection of Ba Sing Se, is Kyoshi Island. Plentiful, peaceful, and critical in holding the South Sea, there are many who consider it a ripe and low-hanging fruit, perfect for the taking. If Earth King Kuei does not intercede, Kyoshi Island may not weather this storm.

Characters

Oyaji: The man responsible for Kyoshi Island. He begs the Earth King to help his people.

Earth King Kuei: Sovereign of the Earth Kingdom. His realm is torn apart by civil war as bandit kings and rogue generals raise whole provinces in rebellion. Kyoshi Island's fate may well lie in his hands.

Suki: Leader of the Kyoshi Warriors and Oyaji's de facto second-in-command.

Phoenix Queen Azula: Embroiled in a civil war with her brother, Fire Lord Zuko, her Southern Raiders keep her coffers and barracks filled with raids on islands and coastal cities near the South Sea.

Maharaja Kshatriya: A powerful and skilled Earth Kingdom general turned rebel warlord after the Hundred Year War. He holds many of the Southern and Eastern provinces and desires nothing more than to expand his empire. Claims to be the reincarnation of Chin the Conqueror.
