Ji Qing is a Fire Nation admiral station near the small town of Sakiya. He is very loyal to Fire Lord Sozin and is in charge of recruiting soldiers from nearby areas.

It is known that Ji Qing is hated by the people of Sakiya because of his cruel manner. He further enrages the villages by demanding soldiers for a war they are against.

Arrival at SakiyaEdit
Heng Gan and Saura easily made themselves enemies of Ji Qing by attacking him in A Town of Peace, a World of War while he was drafting men for the military. Ji Qing then tried to kill Heng Gan with an attack that was deflected by Munni. The admiral ordered the arrest of both Heng Gan and Munni
