Extermi-Nation, Inc. is a world-wide extermination company that prides itself on its spotless record handling all kinds of infestations. Since our founding in 100 BG, we here at Extermi-Nation, Inc. have become the most well-respected company in the business. Extermi-Nation, Inc. began as a small company in the Fire Nation dedicated to serving the problems of the royal family. For many generations, our sole duty was to keep the buzzard wasps and other bugs out of the royal palace. In 0 AG, after completing the largest extermination job the company had ever seen, Fire Lord Sozin surprisingly let the company go. After no longer being tied down to one employer, Extermi-Nation, Inc. began searching for business outside of the Fire Nation, and with great success. Dear Valued Customers, It is my dearest wish to thank you all for your loyal support of our company. I am in absolute awe at the wonderful dedication we have received from each and every one of you. It is with your support and stacks of gold that we can continue to be the outstanding company we have come to be. I am proud to be the rich owner of a company with such a wonderful base of employers. That said, I must point out that it has come to my attention that some of you have been dissatisfied with our service. And while your constructive criticism is welcome, I must say that some complaints we have received are not fair to my staff and completely unacceptable. Despite our dedication to our work, it is sometimes unavoidable that one or two pests is not taken care of. If, after all of our work, it should happen that say, a buzzard wasp is left alive in your home, or a single Air Nomad is left to walk the face of this earth, please, do not blame our company. Simply send in a letter and the appropriate fee, and we will be happy to return and finish the job. The same goes for when a worker accidentally lets all of the captured rabiroos back into your farm, or when he lets the platypus bear out of its cage too close to your home.
