Duma is a dragon and Avatar Gatton's spirit guide.
History[]
It is unknown how he came into the Avatar's possession, but he was the Avatar's guide when he was just 16. He was tasked with flying the Avatar to the three nations for training. He was inactive for a short period of time while Gatton's mother was sick. After her death, he flew the Avatar on his journey around the world helping strangers. In the series, Duma appeared multiple times to help our heroes get from place to place; he even flew Gatton's family to the Air Temples.
Abilities[]
Being the type of dragon he is, Duma has many special characteristics. His breath is hotter than any firebender could create. He has a very large wing span that allows him to glide with ease; though a slow fire he is very good at maneuvering.
Personality[]
Duma is an older dragon now, but still lively. He is a good fighter and an even better flier. Duma flies his friends wherever they please, and is a good travel companion. His temper is laid-back and calm, an odd demeanor for a dragon, though it matches Gatton perfectly.
Trivia[]
- He is one of the last Iron Tail Dragons, a rare breed.
- His tail is, henceforth, stronger than any blade.
- Originally, he was going to be a dragon fly.
- His name, literally, is Doom, Kuzon just added an A to it.
