~What Happened Last Time~

Last time on Adventures of Li Hua: Li Hua has finally woke up. But in addition to awaking she realize that she doesn't know where she is. Li Hua and Jiha get into an argument about how Li Hua was acting toward her.

~We Got To Stick Together~

"Jiha, I'm sorry. I really am. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings or yell at you. I don't know what I was thinking."

Jiha looked at me with a frown on her face. She took a deep breath in and stood still for a moment, just looking at the wooden floor. The crimson began to fade away from her face and her eyes stopped cutting at me. She started to develop a little smirk. She unballed her fist and she replied "It's okay. I accept your apology. I also want to apologize for freaking out. You my best, best, bestest, friend in the whole wide world. I can't stay mad at you."

She wrapped her arms around me and gave me a tight hug. I hugged her back saying "Your my best best bestest friend in the whole wide world Jiha. Don't you ever forget that."

A tear began to run down my face, but Jiha wiped it away.

"Haha. I won't ever ever forget, Li Hua." Jiha said with a tear running down her face but before it reached it's destination, she wiped it away and smiled. One of the biggest smiles I've seen on her face.

I smiled back and ran my fingers through my now tangled hair. "Gosh I'm having a bad hair day huh."

Jiha smiled and we both bust out laughing out loud. "Oh em gee, water plus your hair is not a good combo."

"I need a mirror. I got to see how bad it is."

I hoped to myself, it won't be that bad. Will it?

Jiha took me to the mirror on the wall.

"Ahhh, Oh My Gosh. I can't show my face to these village people! They would run screaming."

My hair looked a mess. Let me say that again. An. Absolutely. Horrible. Mess. My bangs were sticking to my forehead and they had frizzed up. Some strands of my bangs were going in awful directions. Ugh! My pigtails were curly now. I'm not talking about any pretty curls. I'm talking about ugly, frizzy curls. My hair was tangled really bad.

"Is everything okay in there?"

"Yes, Doctor Leng. She woke, as you can see. Thank you for your help. Thank you times a million. I'm not sure how I could ever repay the man who saved my best friend. As long as I'm here, I'll do my best to work towards that goal of repayment. Thanks again sir" said Jiha as she shook Dr. Leng's hand and gave him a hug.

"Oh no problem miss. It's my job. I wouldn't exchange helping people and saving lives for any other job out there. So thank you miss."

"Haha, Thank you and your welcome. I really don't know why you would be thanking me though," I said. I walked over to him and gave him a hug.

"Well, you allowed me to help your friend. You trusted me, a pure stranger, to help you. I thank you for having faith in me and believing I was good. Other visitors take one look at this place and choose to continue their journey."

"Oh, I think this place is adorable. It might not be the best of the towns but it's what I had. The only option. My friends life is worth being uncomfortable for a few minutes."

"Okay, that's nice of you to say. So girls what are your names? I was so busy trying to fix your friend up I've apparently lost my manners."

"I'm Li Hua."

As I said my name, I looked at him. Took a good long look. I noticed he had a long white doctor's robe on. He looked young and friendly in the face, but his hair was a starting to receive a gray color at the temples, indicating he wasn't as young as I was thinking. His eyes were a pretty shade of green and they had a sparkle to them. He's was lean and tall. Dr. Leng was definitely handsome. I looked at his finger and I knew he was married. Wonder if he have any cute sons?

"I'm Jiha."

"Well girls, welcome to the village. We are happy to have you. Matter of fact, due to friends awakening I think it would be suitable if we had a party. Are you girls up to it?"

"Yes! I need a party about now."

Just as I said that I remembered what I looked like. How am I going to go to a party looking like this? What did I do to deserve this punishment?

He looked at me like he knew what I was thinking. "Don't worry, we'll have one the village ladies come in and fix you up for the party girls."

Am I really that obvious?

With a smile and a shake of the head, I said, "Thank you."

Jiha and I sat talking for a while until some ladies came in. I would say they all were in their early twenties.

"Hello, we are here to get you young ladies ready. Who's first?"

"Me! I need this much more than anybody."

The whole room burst into laughter.

A few minutes, I'd say about 45 minutes, I was done.

"Do you want to see it, Li Hua?"

"Yes!"

I looked great! My hair was done in pin-curls but my signature bangs were still out. My outfit now was a beautiful multicolored gown. Mixes of red, green, pink, and at my request, blue were all in my gown. I wanted to cry but the ladies did my makeup so pretty, I didn't want to mess it up. I had a pink color on my lips, rose on my cheeks, and red eyeshadow. My dark blue eyes looked really pretty with this eyeshadow. I need to keep this in mind when I return home.

The ladies escorted me to a little cute hut and told me "Stay here, we don't want anyone to see you before the party." Having said that the ladies left the room pulling the curtain in front of me.

I couldn't help but think, This is going to be awesome. A party just for me? I can't wait!
