- Lady Robinette is the only character other than Aang who's name is not an actual name from Arthurian legend. Her name was inspired by the character, Sir Robin from the film, Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
- Due to all of the knights being male in the Arthurian Legends, several characters were made females for obvious reasons.
- Several characters from TAoTA including Ai, Jun, Hong Wu, Banhen, Kato and Jin were originally going to be included in this fanon but it was decided against.
