Basic InfoEdit

This I guess is Part 1 of a long project of the Fanon:Avatar: History of the Avatar project of mine.  In addition to all the Avatars that are explained in the link before I will also do a little mini story of Avatar Kyoshi, which will recap her early life. Please comment below once you read this, good or bad I don't mind.  HOPE YOU ENJOY ^_^

Plot and ConceptEdit

The Legend of Kuruk is set in the historic avatar world. It recaps the life of Avatar Kuruk, his training, trials and his tragic end. Avatar Kuruk was born in 344 BSC, to high level officials in the Northern Water Tribe. This story is not necessarily meant to be like ATLA or LOK or really any other typical story, meaning there is not one encompassing enemy, foe or nemesis. It is more or less a diary of his early life and then his one 'real' trial as the Avatar. Towards the end of the story tensions and emotions run high as unrest ensues in the young avatar's homeland.

CharactersEdit

Kuruk- A young man from the Northern Water Tribe who's life is suddenly turned upside down when the chief of the Northern Water Tribe reveals his identity to the young Avatar. Kesuk- Kuruk's best friend from childhood. The two grew up as neighbors and have been together since birth. As young children their mothers spent everyday together as they were best friends, and wife's of political giants in the Northern Water Tribe.

Chief Arlook- A responsible, caring man and chief of the Northern Water Tribe.

Akiak- A Polar Leopard Kuruk raised from the time he was a young boy.  He is Kuruk's animal guide and best friend.  

Hanuk- Kuruk's stoic and rigid father.  He is Chief Arlook's number one advisor.  

Sheshka- Kuruk's mother, she is loving and sweet, but also can be tough as nails.  

Princess Amara- Chief Arlook's daughter and good friend of Kuruk's. 

Chena- Chief Arlook's wife and best friend of Sheshka. 

Nanuq- Kuruk's brute of a brother.  He is large, and muscular but in essance a teddy-bear.  He captains Chief Arlook's private ship.  He is an impressive Waterbender. 

Yuzuki-  Kuruk's dutiful sister.  She has never understood Kuruk's 'go with the flow' mentality.  She is Chief Arlook's ambassador for the other nations.
