This is a page where users can ask questions about the fanon series Avatar: Guardian. They will be answered by me, The Bos, unless they reveal a major plot event in the future; in which case I will tell you.

Questions[]

Ozai[]

Q: I am somewhat curious, and don't take this the wrong way, but why is it that Ozai is so open with Jiang? I never thought of him as such. --Avatar Talk 02:32, September 12, 2009 (UTC)

A: Ozai is open with Jiang because Jiang was a secret adviser to Ozai for many years, plus after being in prison for a year, anyone would need to vent. --I'm The Bos - Got something to say? - Read Guardian! 00:00, September 26, 2009 (UTC)

Where is Iroh[]

Q: ;Where is Iroh? I'm curious now. -- Stormfire 01:54, September 23, 2009 (UTC)

A: Iroh is in Omashu currently, as he is my favorite character, I will be sure to include him in the future. --I'm The Bos - Got something to say? - Read Guardian! 00:00, September 26, 2009 (UTC)

Number of Firefighters[]

Q: How did the Firefighters manage to recruit so many people, though? It feels as if the entire North Pole is fighting Team Avatar, or maybe more! -- Stormfire 19:12, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

A: It has been said somewhere on this wiki that the Water Tribes had more people than the Air Nomads, and the Nomads had more people than were shown during the Siege of the North. I figure there must be more, and that they felt hatred towards the Fire Nation for it. --I'm The Bos - Got something to say? - Read Guardian! 22:00, October 30, 2009 (UTC)

Roles[]

Zhentu[]

Q: When will Zhentu's role come in? FirebenderFan (talkcontribs) 03:35, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

A: After joining the Phoenix Warriors, he left with them. His role will be in Book 3, but I haven't decided on what yet. --I'm The Bos - Talk - Guardian 03:49, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

Azula[]

Q: Will Azula have a Role? FirebenderFan (talkcontribs) 03:35, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

A: I have written a chapter that she's in, but that's the only one. You'll see why after you read it... but her impact is far reaching. --I'm The Bos - Talk - Guardian 03:49, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

Iroh[]

Q: What will Iroh's role be? FirebenderFan (talkcontribs) 03:35, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

A: Not absolutely sure. I've got a few ideas, but nothing finalized yet. --I'm The Bos - Talk - Guardian 03:49, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

Zuko[]

Q: Is Zuko a master yet? FirebenderFan (talkcontribs) 03:35, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

A: I believe that by now he has mastered Firebending. --I'm The Bos - Talk - Guardian 03:49, July 13, 2010 (UTC)

Jeong Jeong[]

Q: Will Jeong Jeong have a place in the series? While I'm at it, where is he as of now? Millennia2 02:31, January 29, 2011 (UTC)

A:Well, in Announcing a War, Zuko mentions that he is leading the Fire Nation military. Also, he was the Firebender mentioned in Orders, who was never named. In Memories of Ozai, Jiang Rha mentions him, and his backstory with him. He will have a chapter dedicated to him in the future, so don't think he will be ignored. --I'm The Bos - Talk - Guardian 05:03, January 29, 2011 (UTC)

Template at the top[]

Q: Did you just steal that from the Mysterious Presence page? --I'm The Bos - Talk - Guardian 20:51, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

A: Yes. I did. --I'm The Bos - Talk - Guardian 20:51, September 16, 2010 (UTC)

Tenses[]

What tense is this in? This is from a passage in The Dai Li Arise in Book 1

The next day, in a dimly lit room the invader is secured in a rock sleeve covering all but his head. The invader was staring at the wall, blankly, waiting for what he expected to be a long interrogation. Zuko and Aang walked in followed by Katara and Toph. Zuko got right down to business, asking "Who is your leader?"

The two words in italic are conflicting in tense. Walked is the past tense, is the present tense. This is not just in Book 1, as in this passage from the Book 2 chapter Evading an Agent

"Now, how did you escape?" one man asks the escapee, who was panting almost as heavily as he was sweating.

And this passage in Book 3's chapter, The Capitol Part 1 - Absolute Rebellion

His three hour long meditation session was cut short by someone breaking his door down. "Sir! We have a problem!"

"What is the situation?" Jeong Jeong's voice says, calm despite the messenger's dire tone.

Just out of curiosity, still love the Fanon. Iron avatar 00:14, April 21, 2011 (UTC)

Uhh... I don't really see the point of the question. Tense isn't the most important thing in a series, and things can actually change tense, so whatever tense you see is what you get. --I'm The Bos - Talk - Guardian 03:07, April 21, 2011 (UTC)
