Overview Edit

Synopsis Edit

During their stay at the Ember Island. the team went to the Ember Island Arcade. While there, Zuko tried to win a prize for Mai. Zuko won a stuffed tiger-monkey and asked her if she wants it, she declined. Ty Lee run towards them telling them that Azula is calling them.

The team went to the game table. Zuko then asked what's this thing, Mai said that it's an arcade, stating that he should of guessed that it's a game. Ty Lee shouted that this is kind of "Boom! Pow!" fighting game, Azula told her that she's correct.

Azula started to explain what's the game is and it's rules; It is a game that involves two competitors fighting against each other, using toys of their choice. Zuko wondered how she know all of it, Mai then replied that she has been beating little kids at it all weekend.

Azula challenged her brother Zuko in a game called Street Bender. Azula chooses a toy version of Aang, while Zuko uses a toy version of himself. Azula immediately won Zuko by striking and pulling his toy head off. Zuko claimed that it's not fair and that he didn't know how to play beforehand. Azula started to explain him the controls and how everything works; "Two metal rods move your character about the ring. Press the buttons on the rods to make your character attack. Each hit you score on your opponent costs them one life bar. The first person to destroy all three of their opponent's life bars wins".

Afterwards, Zuko won Azula. The angry Azula firebends into the metal rods which allows her toy to perform a super attack. Zuko yells that she did not tell him about it and it's not fair. Zuko understands that this it's game secret to heat up the rods which activates some sort of a mechanism. Later, Zuko tries to utilize this technique, but ends up burning the entire machine. Zuko found it entertaining, Azula called him a loser, and Mai suggested that they should put a warning on that game. Zuko, Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee then walk away from the game while the owner of the arcade yells after he sees the burning machine.
