The Circus Trainer works for the Fire Nation Circus. He trains the many dangerous animals the circus collects. He takes great pleasure in "breaking" the wild animals. He is a Firebender, whose specialty is the Fire Whip. Particular to the point of neuroticism, he is a loner. It's widely speculated he was raised by a sadistic Fire Nation Nobleman. He's a rather formidable chess opponent, but a very sore-tempered loser. He appears in "Appa's Lost Days", where he tries and fails to tame Appa. His very rigorous taming process takes a serious tole on Appa and makes him less trusting of new people as well as giving him a fear of fire.
