Cam Clarke was born in 1957 in the city of Los Angeles, California to actor Robert Clarke and singer Alyce King. Cam's first entry into show business was his appearances on his family's ABC variety show, The King Family, at the age of six. He continued to perform with his family on various TV specials until the 1980s.
In addition to his Star Wars roles, he is well known for his long list of video game and animation roles, playing the characters Medivh, Malygos and Nexus-Prince Shaffar in World of Warcraft, Liquid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid franchise of video games, Kaneda in the original English dub of Katsuhiro Otomo's Akira, Simba in "Timon and Pumbaa" and Kingdom Hearts II, Simba's singing voice in The Lion King II: Simba's Pride, Kratos Aurion in Tales of Symphonia and Leonardo in 1987's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
