I know I'm not the only one here, but I AM SOOO EXCITED FOR LEGEND OF KORRA IT HURTS. I swear, I don't want to go back to school because all I want to do is sit in my room and lie on the floor and scream in excitement. Congratulations – you are reading the much-delayed 39th issue of The Ba Sing Se Times! I apologize for the endless delays this edition as seen, and I do hope that future editions this year will be very much on time. This issue's theme was "stuff you, this is what I think", and entries with an opinion shared by perhaps not many others were encouraged. As you've probably noticed, Message Wall has been enabled on Avatar Wiki following adequate community consensus to test the feature. Here, I'm going to detail some notes about the feature – some changes I've made, how to fix some of the issues that may pop up, problems with it that will be fixed, and so on.

Ten customized buttons have been added to the edit tool bar. I know these were in the Wikitext shortcuts, but that's just not practical. I've added buttons:

• to insert a Imagebox template;
• to add the uncredited image tag;
• to add the Support template;
• to add the Oppose template;
• to add the Neutral template;
• to add the Vote keep template;
• to add the Vote delete template;
• to add the Vote merge template;
• to add the Done template;
• and to add the Not done template.

I just added those we use the most. I'm open to suggestions.

Update: Buttons were added to insert a Character infobox and a LoK appearances section.

It has been just over a year, but it seems only yesterday when The Ba Sing Se Times was restarted. In that time, 2011 has come and gone for Avatar Wiki, and it's been a great year. In spite of the long wait for Legend of Korra, the popularity of this wiki is stable; in fact, upon the release of official information and trailers for Korra on July 24, wiki traffic hit a historical high, with over 1.7 million page views for that week alone. We remain one of the most popular sites dedicated to Avatar on the Internet.

It's safe for us to have high hopes for Avatar Wiki in 2012. But that's not to say that we're perfect. The Ba Sing Se Times applauds the current efforts to revolutionize fanon policy, but that's far from the only issue confronting…
