Most of us are familiar with the name, Gene Yang, author of the The Promise trilogy that tells us about Team Avatar's adventures after the end of the War. Recently, ComicsAlliance has interviewed Gene Yang, asking him not only about the comics themselves, but his thoughts on the Avatar series and how it all ended.

Hello, Avatar Wiki. For those of you who haven't checked this out just yet, have a look at a new game released by Nickelodeon on Nick.com, located here. There are a few new things coming at us from this new feature; maps, information on the characters, and information about Republic City, my favorite is of course, the map. Not all locations can be unlocked at the moment, it's only possible to get to City Hall. Have a look, there's some pretty interesting stuff there, written in great detail. Also note, I'll be updating my map blog, so be on the lookout for that.

Yesterday, iTunes released the first two episodes of The Legend of Korra in HD and standard definition for free download! You can still go to the iTunes Store to dowload both versions for your Apple-enabled device, and it's best to download them before Apple decides to change the prices once the season premieres. iTunes has also released season passes for purchase with your credit card or iTunes giftcard to compliment the new show.

On another note, Nick.com has also released The Legend of Korra's first two episodes as well, but solely for viewing. The episodes are separated, so in the episode "A Leaf in the Wind", you will be able to see the shortened version of the opening sequence.

Bits like trailers with violence and kisses, episode titles that give big clues about their content, and reviews that somehow have previously unseen material. Read on for more details...
