I do not know if I need community consensus for capitalization errors, but to be safe, here I am. I don't know how I came about that page in the first place, but Ready-to-Read Series should be changed to Ready-to-Read series. If I do not need permission, just let me know and I'll rename if it no one beats me :P SorcererSupreme21 Iroh Sprite OWL Outfit (Contribs | Editcount) 08:46, March 11, 2016 (UTC)

When it comes to renaming pages, community consensus is not needed when you want to rename a conjecture name (like Mai's father) to an officially known name (when it became known his name was "Ukano"), and spelling/grammar issues -like the case you mentioned.
When you rename a page, you also often create a lot of redirect, which is something we try to avoid on this wiki. As such, it's often easier to just let an administrator with a bot at their disposal change the page, as they can instantly rename all the redirects as well. As such, I will do that later, as I don't have access to my bot at the moment due to being at work.
Another thing we do require community consensus for is the creation of new categories, so we can possibly weed out useless categories before they are created. Even when you are absolutely sure that your category is needed, run it by the community first. The sole exception to this is when you're dealing with fanon categories, since there are specific category creations already dictated by the fanon policies.
