The art book refers to the structures simply as stupas, and they aren't exclusive to the Earth Kingdom (i.e. the SWT Avatar Temple is also a stupa and is based off the very same structure, and Aang saw a stupa when he visited caves in "Relics"). This way, we completely remove the conjecture and we can make the article more comprehensive by compiling all known stupas in one page.
