I, Rassilon of Old nominate The Bos, on the grounds that he is a fanon administrator, and a well experienced member of the fanon community.
I, The Bos, accept Rassilon of Old's nomination. I think this group could help out a lot of new authors. --I'm The Bos - Talk - Guardian 14:27, May 22, 2011 (UTC)

I, Rassilon of Old nominate Carloso to join the Fanonbenders as he is skilled in the structuring of fanon pages, being a fanon administrator.
I, Carloso, accept Rassilon of Old's nomination. I believe this group could be highly beneficial to the fanon portal. Carloso - Talk 17:38, May 22, 2011 (UTC)

ARG makes countless edits to the fanon portal, all of excellent quality. Definitely a fanon admin in the making, and I'd like to nominate him for membership. Rassilon(Talk - Teru) 05:27, July 2, 2011 (UTC)
I, AvatarRokusGhost, accept the nomination. I would like to assist the fanons that require it. --AvatarRokusGhost(Message me • Read my fanon) 07:46, July 2, 2011 (UTC)
Clearly one of the more qualitative members of the fanon portal, Ultimate has displayed the skills required to help other editors of the fanon portal. Rassilon(Talk - Teru) 05:27, July 2, 2011 (UTC)
Thank you for considering me for this position, but I'm afraid I'll have to decline this offer. I am already a member of three user groups, meaning I've reached the maximum and have a lot on my plate to deal with right now. I appreciate the nomination, though. TheUltimateWaterbender 13:23, July 2, 2011 (UTC)
Do I need to say anything? Vulmen is a highly appreciated and respected member of the fanon portal, and of the administration team. I believe the fanon portal would benefit from his skills. Rassilon(Talk - Teru) 05:27, July 2, 2011 (UTC)
I am terribly sorry; but I think if I add this to my plate I'm going to be falling much farther behind than I could reasonably handle on everything. I'm already a bit behind on matters. Regrettably; I will have to respectfully decline this nomination. Thank you for the consideration, Rassilon. Vulmen (talk • contribs) 05:47, July 2, 2011 (UTC)
No worries, I had a feeling you might decline. Thanks for your consideration. Rassilon(Talk - Teru) 05:50, July 2, 2011 (UTC)
I, AvatarRokusGhost, nominate TAD for membership in the Fanonbenders. She is a good user, makes quality edits and holds a genuine desire for the betterment of the fanon side of the wiki. I know she would make a good addition to this group. --AvatarRokusGhost(Message me • Read my fanon) 13:39, July 23, 2011 (UTC)
I, BlackMonkey, am requesting to join the Fanonbenders. After being a user for over six months, I have done a large amount of work to the fanon portal, working and formatting The Avatar Rhythm. Even though I resigned, you can see my editing work on Omar067's fanon, if look at the earlier chapters you will see the extensive effort I put into it. I regularly fix up fanon articles, and genuinely feel like I fit the requirements and can handle being a Fanonbender. --BlackMonkeyTalk - Rhythm 12:52, November 8, 2011 (UTC)
I am applying for the Fanonbenders, as I believe that I would be a great addition. I just finished Part 1 of my Fanon, and am about to start writing Part 2. I have read several, and understand how the formatting works. I think I would be a great asset. Thank you for your consideration. Fruipit (wall • contribs) 07:45, July 2, 2012 (UTC)
Not done I don't see any edits to fanon stories that aren't your own. While you may have knowledge of the right format, you should spend some more time with the fanon portal as a whole before requesting again. --AvatarRokusGhost(Message me • Read my fanon) 21:49, July 20, 2012 (UTC)
I, RuleroftheBisons97, am applying for the Fanonbenders. I have written a few fanons in the past, and they each have gotten great, albeit minimal reviews, complimenting creativity and some writing skills. I believe that the group will help me become a more active user while also perfecting my grammar and writing skills. I am a hawk to fanon articles, keeping an eye on each page. A couple of times, I have found myself to be in the presence of low-quality articles and wish to change them, but must retreat backstage as the others take the spotlight. I think I will help improve the fanon portal and make a great contribution to this team. Thank you for reading and for your consideration. Whatever you decide, I will be happy. RuleroftheBisons97 21:31, July 20, 2012 (UTC)RuleroftheBisons97
Not done Sorry, but although I see a lot of edits in the fanon space, almost all of them are to your own fanon. You should spend some time helping format and clean up others' fanons before joining this group. I'd watch out for some fanons that need improvement and proper templates, then request again in a couple weeks. --AvatarRokusGhost(Message me • Read my fanon) 21:49, July 20, 2012 (UTC)
I, Acer Indonesia, am applying for the Fanonbenders user group. I have written several fanons in my first arrival here, which they are in low-quality. I know how is the feel for being "low-quality author", confused. But now, I've learnt a lot of experience here, I have helped several fanons in formatting, cleanup, and grammars which I know. A:TCA by Sshalwani can be the example, as its box and format was edited by me, and also several fanons. Why am I applying? I want to take part for being Fanon Portal helper, which BM said the Fanon Portal has barren. Minutes and hours I spent to help the fanon portal, thanks for your consideration. I, Henryjh98, am applying for the Fanonbenders group. I am currently writing a fanon that is a work in progress. I have helped with some fanons by editing and beta-reading to make them better. On Avatar Pabu's Avatar of Shadow I put in a slider gallery for his fanon. I made edits on Acer's fanon to help make the English better, so his fanon is better quality. And I also just fix edits on other fanons and am currently beta-reading for Champions of Old Ba Sing Se. I want to help promote un-popular, yet well written fanons. Thank you for your time. I, Unnamed Airbender, would like to apply to fanonbenders. Firstly, I'd have to admin that I have always "camped" this user group in order to join. Ever since I have joined Avatar wiki, I was almost only in the fanon section editing it and categorizing (you might see a lot of contributions to fanon in my history). Joining fanonbenders would be a huge "yay" for me since editing fanons is almost everything I do on Avatar wiki, help. If you would accept me, you would not regret anything. Unnamed Airbender 18:10, August 1, 2012 (UTC)
I, Acer Indonesia, would like to nominate my friends, our great fanon writer, Minnichi as fanonbender. Her contributions on wiki has fulled to fanon, barely editing on mainspace. I Sokka jr, humbly request membership into the Fanonbenders. I have recently become involved on the fanon portal writing my own fanon, and editing many others. I think that I would make a great edition to the group not only as a good editor, but also as an experienced coder. I have already helped out many authors make their main pages look amazing, and most of my edits are in the fanon portal. The main reason why I would like to join though, is that I love reading fanons, and I want to help make the lower quality fanons, high quality. If I'm accepted I will not neglect my duties as a fanonbender. Thank you for your consideration.

Done Well done, Sokka jr. I've see your contributions, and your edits usually on message and Burning Air. Actually, your adventure just begun. AcerEvan Seek anything about fanon! 04:38, August 20, 2012 (UTC)
I, Kat, peacefully request a membership in the Fanonbenders Usergroup. Almost all of my edits are in the Fanon Portral. Not only because I have my own fanon, but I also love reading others. I have helped many Wikians with linking, coding, pictures, and simple grammar editing in their fanons. I would truly love to help low-quality fanons become high-quality stories. I promise not to leave my edits to my fanon alone. Helping other users and their fanons will be my to priority in this group. I may have to warn you though. School might have an affect on my editing schedule, however for the time being I am not busy and I promise that during my studies I will try to to put in my hardest work into this when I'm free. I just thought I should forewarn you about the situation. Thanks for reading my request! TheMasterWaterbender (My Fanon) 05:18, August 20, 2012 (UTC)
I, IncubatedDucks, am requesting a membership position in the Fanonbenders Usergroup. Although not all of my edits are Fanon. I have and will start contributing more on the Fanon side. I do not have a fanon of my own, giving me the opportunity to edit everyone elses equally and fairly, and giving me the chance to edit it more, as I do not have a fanon of my own and I won't be using that time up. I've done plenty of canon edits, so you can get an idea of how good I am at editing. I have a very peaceful nature. Not scolding anyone or their fanons. Seeing how hard it is for some writers to write as good as a lot of authors around here, I will edit theirs like it would be my own. I will turn low quality fanon into something much bigger and better. IncubatedDucks.
Not done Sorry, IncubatedDucks. Although your edits are mostly seen on fanonspace, but I've see your edits--only on Ganto. I'd watch out for some fanons that need improvement and proper templates, you can help them. Don't too shy to edit more on fanonspace, and remember, request again in a couple weeks. I've decided to take you up on that nomination. Though I feel that I haven't finished loads of fanon-editing work, I'm currently an editor for The Chronicles of Avatar: The Freedom Fighters, Energy Saga, and The Lost Air Temple. I've made several changes in TCA:TFF and TLAT in their early chapters and am planning to continue editing Energy Saga. Other than that I kind of lecture-edit through the FRS and wrote a BSST article once (if that counts). I know I still have much to do but I'd be honored to join if you'll allow me :) --Minnichi 06:00, September 1, 2012 (UTC)

I, Omashu Rocks, humbly apply to be a part of the Fanonbenders. A while back, Acer invited me to request membership, but I never actually did. I come here now confident that I can efficiently keep the fanon portal up to the highest standards possible and help out new/struggling authors along the way. To be honest, I care about the fanon side of the wiki a lot more than I care about the canon side, and the majority of my edits are in the fanon namespace anyway. I, Snip101, would love to be apart of the fanonbenders. I've always wanted fanon-bending status but to become a fanonbender would be just as great! I love all aspects of fanon, the writing, the creativity, and even the constructive criticism. I've wanted to be in a usergroup (it's on my profile's to-do list) and I would anything to be part of this one. I have lots of time so I would be devoted to my job and you could expect me to do my job. My skills in grammar and editing are above above par so I would be a great help in constructively editing chapters and codes for confused authors. There's also a wide group of fanons I know that need these edits. So thank you for reading my application and I hope you decide to choose me to be part of this group. Snip101 author of Love in a Parallel Universe
Oppose — Sorry Snip, don't take this the wrong way. I admire your desire to help out the fanon portal, but looking through your history of contributions, I don't have any idea what the quality of your edits may be as of now. Your edits have virtually all been for your own fanon pages, and I just want to see how well you handle editing for others before considering you for this group. So by all means please don't lose interest in joining, but I'd suggest exploring the fanon portal a little more and seeing what you can do first. --Minnichi 03:11, October 25, 2012 (UTC)
Oppose — No offense, and don't take this as an offensive vote, Snip. I see you have a potential spirit in Fanon, but you didn't show any quality edits to others' fanon, and moreover qualitive edits to the main Fanon Portal. Maybe you can seek experiences by editing others in grammar, coding, etc. and handling to edit in one, big, edit instead of quantitive edits. Just like rollback, you can request once again, again, again, and again! Sincerely, AcerEvan Seek anything about fanon! 09:48, October 25, 2012 (UTC)
Temporary oppose — As of now, I'm afraid you don't quite have the experience with editing other users' fanons to join. My advice for now is to try and help out on the portal as much as you can for a while and then try again later. Omashu Rocks (Angkara - Political Animals - WLS) 21:59, November 4, 2012 (UTC)
Weak oppose — I think you need some more experience editing fanons that aren't yours. The only one I have really seen is the Journey of Tala, but I don't think editing one fanon many times is enough to get you in. Keep trying, Snip. HenryJh98(Blogs • ATSW • Parallel) 22:09, November 5, 2012 (UTC)
Oppose — I feel that you do not have enough experience at the moment. Another thing is that you stated "I've wanted to be in a usergroup (it's on my profile's to-do list) and I would anything to be part of this one." This to me sounds as if you just want to be apart of the group, so you can say your a member. I need to see more editing in the Fanon Portal. Sokka jr•Wall•Blogs•Fanon 21:05, November 6, 2012 (UTC)

Hey there ! It is I Godsrule here to humble request FB membership. In my time here I have corrected code issues on fanon pages. However I understand if you decline my request as I am terrible at adding the correct cats. I also have done FAS for 2 issues in a row just for no reason. I hope you consider me and if I don't earn memebership, I am totally fine and not offended. Tech Addict, Fan-FictionWriter, and Aspiring Filmaker17:27, November 30, 2012 (UTC)
Gods, I think you could get in. . . except for one problem. You already are a member of three usergroups. Sorry, but it'd be against policy to let you join. HenryJh98(Blogs • ATSW • Parallel) 23:14, December 2, 2012 (UTC)
Weak Oppose — Godsrule, I can't thank you enough for the help so far, with the FAS reports. However, these new fanon activities are still pretty recent in your history, and I think it'd be best to wait until you've grown used to fanonbender-related editing some more before joining, even if you weren't a part of three usergroups. This was a tough thing for me to decide, but I did have to consider that your contributions to the fanon namepsace and advertising cycle have had to be corrected a few times. In addition, fanonbenders' obligations most commonly require high-quality edits related to grammar, rewording, and sometimes writing itself (such as the featured articles/series descriptions). I don't see these kinds of contributions too much in your edit history, and it's just my belief that they're important to have in order to be fit for the usergroup. So with a little more work I can see you becoming a wonderful member, but for now this is my stand on the matter. Sorry! But you're not too far off, really. --Minnichi 23:30, December 2, 2012 (UTC)
Oppose — The chief responsibility of a fanonbender is to maintain and improve the quality of fanons throughout the wiki. Simply put, I think our main job is to correct grammar. Yes, we are responsible for coding and the FAS, etc. However, something that can really turn a poor-okay fanon to something readable is an improvement in spelling and grammar. I am, unfortunately, not impressed that there is a quite noticeable grammar mistake in the first sentence of you request… but I digress. What really struck me as odd was the edits you made to the portal's main page to transition the November featured fanons to the December ones. After your edits, the link to Deck the Halls! was broken, the summary had the wrong title, and the slider image was incorrect. I cannot comfortably say that, at this time, you are ready to join the Fanonbenders. Still, I can be convinced. If you can prove in the upcoming weeks/months that you are prepared to be an effective member of the group, I may change my vote should you apply a second time. Omashu Rocks (Angkara - Political Animals - WLS) 01:44, December 3, 2012 (UTC)
Weak Oppose — I agree with Omashu here. Coding isn't really our top priority. We go for grammar and making it look attractive to promote the standards of our wiki and draw readers in. And what he said about the grammar mistake in your application isn't very promising. I think you just need some time to make better grammar edits and edit all fanons, not just the ones that are popular or featured. HenryJh98(Blogs • ATSW • Parallel) 22:15, December 3, 2012 (UTC)
Oppose — for now at least. You've been very helpful to the fanon portal in regards to formatting and other things that need to get done on a regular basis. I think that you need to spend a little more time making corrections in the writing of fanons that need it, like with spelling, grammar, sentence structure, etc. If you apply more of your time on here to this and try again in a few more weeks, I'm sure you'll be successful. (And, as others mentioned, you'd have to leave one of the groups you're already in.) --AvatarRokusGhost(Message me • Read my fanon) 15:11, December 4, 2012 (UTC)
Very weak support — for now. Apologize at first, for ask you to send a request; but per above, they made the point. Just like OR, I can be convinced. I guarantee you a full support if you promise me to:
Cleanup fanon pages solely not only change the format/template, but also typos and grammar structure
Learn our Fanon Policy much more and understand it
Be more careful in edits (don't like me! I usually publish my changes before preview it)
And follow other's advice. Once again sorry, and guys, honestly I asked him to apply. But.... I think not now. AcerEvan Seek anything about fanon! 15:00, December 6, 2012 (UTC)
