This is the page where formal Boomeraang Squad membership requests can be filled. To ensure that the user group is composed by members who are good editors and are able to help to achieve the purpose of the Boomeraang Squad, users who want to join must request membership by leaving their user links on this page followed by a short explanation to express a reason of the application. Membership requests will be closed by the discretion of current group members.

Requirements Edit

• History of Team Avatar spirit
• Not being part of more than two other user groups
• No history of serious blocks due to any types of violations of Avatar Wiki policy

Procedures Edit

• Add your request under the section "Current Requests" and give a concise explanation (no more than a few lines) as to why you deserve membership into the Boomeraang Squad. You must use the sample format that is shown at the top of the edit window when editing the section "current requests".
• Alternatively, another user may also nominate another eligible user for membership into the user group. If this is the case, the applicant only needs to say that he/she accepts the nomination. It is not necessary to elaborate any further, as the current members of the group will check user contributions regardless of what is written.
• Note that being nominated by another user bears no advantage over normal requests you make yourself.
• Any comments on the request from others may be posted as per any standard talk page discussion.
• Any current group member will consider your requests. Don't be too disappointed if your request is declined. Remember, you can always try again later.

I,AvengeBender007, am requesting access to the Boomerang Squad. ATLA is one my favorite shows, and I have relived the expierience enough times to know info at the the back of my hand. I frequently edit character pages and or battles, wars, history pages, etc. I think I'd make a valuable adition, because I have community spirit, for one thing. I like getting involved, and recently, I took place in the Avatar Wikilympics and joined a team! I'm a go with the flow guy, like Kuruk! I have a good amount of edits, and a number of them have been edits on canon pages, as said above.^^ I have no history of sockpuppetry or vandalism. Please consider my request. Thanks! I,Appa4ever am requesting to join the Boomeraang Squad. I love to edit pages to better the understanding of others for future reference and general understanding. I would be honored to join this team of people who wish to better the adventures of team avatar. I am a very intellectual girl with a very good sense of humor. I have not been scolded for anything on this wiki because I do not wish to be cut off from this wonderful site. I would feel immense shame and probably not come back on if I did. I am currently not part of any user groups, nor have I ever been. IncubatedDucksEdit

I, Incubatedducks, am ingloriously requesting to join the Boomeraang Squad. I love Avatar: The Last Airbender, and have watched the series over and over to familiarize myself with the series. As you can see, I joined this wiki recently, but I'm not new to Avatar or Wikis. I have great knowledge for the show and Team Avatar. I think people need to be reminded of how awesome the A:TLA is and just because A:LoK is on now, it doesn't mean it needs to be forgotten. A:TLA needs more editors as people will be very busy with A:LoK As soon as I joined, I started editing. I'll mainly edit Templates, fix grammar errors, and add expansions to the pages. I've already done so myself. I would be ever so grateful if you allowed me to join this group. And I promise you that you wouldn't regret it.
