Possible glitch Edit

When inserting an appearances section for LoK episodes using the button from the edit toolbar, the piped link created doesn't take you to the proper section in the target article. Techinal DifficultiesEdit

The wiki seems to have techinal difficulties when editing. I'm sure it is, because when I was editing the locations of the transcript of The Voice in the Night, it showed errors, when I was working on the other transcript and articles, it also did that. Would you please stop arguing this? For anyone to read the policy, the general agreement/understanding was that blogs should be relevant to the Avatar series period. You're dragging this out, when there really shouldn't have been any confusion. The "correction" was only to try to appease something you chose cling to in attempt to be a loose hole in policy. It wasn't. If policy had to spell every little detail on every little subject out to the letter, we would have heaps more pages than we do right now and an unbelievable amount of text on each page. And even then; it wouldn't cover all bases. To complain that it didn't "spell" the word out to you, when it did cover the material plainly, is nit-picking. Edit war alert on Tahno Edit

Some editors are presuming that Bryke had Tahno used "Ah-va-tahr" to mock the movie. I haven't read anything to indicate this. If Bryke did, then I am very disappointed with them. This is not the case. I took the bloody trouble to say that the movie uses both pronunciations depending on the speaker. In this case, Rami Malek pronounced "Avatar" as done by another middle eastern actor Shaun Toub. When will the fans grow up? This is a childish cheapshot! To be quite honest; I do believe they inserted the "Uh-vatar" as a way for Tahno to get under Korra's skin. Please do not look at it as a shot toward the movie (even if it was intended as such); but rather story-wise it's purpose is only such that Korra does not appreciate that pronunciation and Tahno is using it as a method to further annoy her. In this last clip where we see him speaking to her after having lost his bending; he repeats this - but it appears to be a 'playful replica' of how things used to be. By all means; this is a character-to-character meaning. If there is any reference that "this is intended as a shot to the movie" in the article; remove that. There is a subtle vocal difference between "Ah-vatar" and "Uh-vatar". We only heard Tahno used "Avatar" twice in the show, why presume he is saying it differently to get "under Korra's skin"? Have you guys thought that maybe Rami Malek is showing support to a fellow middle eastern Shaun Toub, who started this pronunciation changes? That would be very insensitive of Bryke to voice cast another middle eastern to mock the movie. Even Bolin used "Ah-vatar" in the second episode, is he trying to get under Korra's skin too? The British English and Europeans uses "Ah-vatar" - are we mocking them for mispronouncing that and every other American English word? You know what, you guys do whatever you want. Again; who says it automatically means that there must be a link to the movie by that statement? You may be escalating this to a name-calling that isn't necessary. "Uh-vatar" is simply a pronunciation, not owned by The Last Airbender movie. Note that both times that Tahno says it; he pauses before he does, ensuring that his statement toward her is mocking in nature. Hello Random. Please don't bring such warnings to the wiki, sorry. I am aware you spoke to him yes. And, there will most definitely not be any preemptive locks placed on articles, that would be limiting and inappropriate, not conducive to editors. Any vandalism that takes place will simply be reverted and the vandal warned, then blocked. This is the way it has always been.
